This is a tasty traditional Eastern European food consisting of pork fat. At Ontario Fresh & Tasty you could find raw salted salo, smoked salo, salo cooked with garlic, or salo seasoned with blend of herbs including paprika and rosemary. Traditionally served with a garlic and a slice of rye bread.
